The room was bright and modern, with super speedy internet and plenty of space in the closet. the service was top-notch, and the breakfast was not only yummy but also totally filling! 🌟

The hotel meets most of the international standards (for smaller hotels). Each and every detail is well-thought. Staff is very friendly, the hotel & rooms are perfectly clean and have excellent condition, location is great - you can get to the famous Theatre by foot in 5-10 mins. There is a good choice of restaurants & bars in the vicinity (just nextdoor).

The drawbacks that I discovered inlclude: (1) slow and unstable wi-fi connection, (2) poor choice of TV channels (e.g., no BBC, CNN, etc.), absence of pay TV, (3) relatively small bathroom with no bath (only shower).

Really comfortable well-run hotel. Will stay there again if visiting Odessa.

Convenient location in the city center made it easy to enjoy nearby restaurants and bars. The friendly staff even provided wake-up calls and offered ironing service. We had a great dinner and drinks at a nearby Bar-b-Q joint. 🍹

The spot was perfect, right by City Garden, you can't beat that! the folks working here were super nice and even hooked us up with a top-notch restaurant recommendation 🌟 right on the premises.

Location! I stayed in this hotel the third time and can recommend the attic room, it's more cosy, but smaller than standart.

The hotel has no restorant, for breakfast you have to order it to the room or to go to the cafe, 7 min by feet.

Staff was friendly and nearly everything clean.

There is no breakfast facility in the hotel, they cooperate with 2 cafeterias near by and give you voucher for 70 hrivna for breakfast (almost not possible to have disent breakfast for 70 hrivnas, when we ordered full breakfast at these places they have charged us more then 400 hrivnas), so basically there is no breakfast at all. During my 3 days stay internet was hardly working. I had very weak reception only in the mornings, days and evenings was no connection. Reception tryed to help, but what they did was only to recet the router, which did not help of course... All in all, nice hotel if hey can solve problems with internet connection and breakfast.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was helpful and polite, and the location was fantastic - just a block away from the main street. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and great facilities such as in-house breakfast, and coupons with discounts for associated restaurants. Additionally, the parking was convenient and the street was quiet.

Not one thing was negative about our stay.

The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory and all the food was outstanding. The staff were very caring and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. It was very close to Givi to me, where you can have lunch.
